Are you tired of being just out of the money at the local tournament? Do you feel your league percentage is not what it should be? Does your stroke seem to fail you at the wrong time? Would you be happier with your game if you could just be more consistent? Well you are not alone. We hear the same things from students over and over again. There seems to be unlimited information out there on how to play pool. Dozens and dozens of books, video tapes, DVD's, and articles. They will tell you how to shoot this shot, and that shot. There are countless drills to help you master stun, follow and draw. There are drills that teach you how to master left and right English. There is in depth information on the geometry and physics of kicking, banking, jumping, and masse' systems. We call this the front half of the game. What about the other half? When I played sports in high school there were coaches who were eager to show me the fundamental mechanics of every sport I attempted. Whether making a block in foot ball, shooting a basket, swinging a baseball bat, fielding a ball, or even throwing the ball. There where always certain guidelines for placing the feet explanations of which muscle groups are to be used, what body joints were involved, and sometimes more importantly which ones shouldn't be. They also taught a sequence of how it should all go together, and where the eyes should be on each and every step. This is what we call the back half of the game. Who teaches this in pool? Most books, video tapes, and DVDs may provide a small chapter that addresses some of these things on a very basic level, but none of them explain it in depth. Unfortunately I played this game for twenty-five years and was considered an above average league player before taking my first lesson from a BCA instructor. He taught me the back half of the game. As the lights were turned on methodically in area after area, I couldn't help be exited, but also sick in side. How could I have gone so long and not learned these things? Sadly I see many other players with a wide range of skill levels struggling because they haven't yet learned the back half of the game. It's no wonder why they struggle, or why they don't cash, or why their league percentage not where they feel it should be, or why their stroke let's them down at the wrong time, or why their game is so inconsistent from night to night or even game to game. Stop your frustration. Let us teach you the time tested, tried and true, simple, dependable and repeatable accurate cue delivery system being taught nation wide by the SPF family of BCA instructors. Let us teach you our full proof system of delivering the cue accurately over and over again.
